Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
2. Quality-Related Returns
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must:
Submit an uncut, unboxing video of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
The video should clearly show the product’s condition, packaging, and any defects.
Failure to provide this video may result in the return request being denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Accessories or items marked as “Final Sale.”
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer support at varsadahub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order details, reason for return, and (if applicable) the unboxing video.
Step 3: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the provided address.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective/wrong items.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead..
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue (defective/wrong item).
